Our story
Built on experience, not just qualifications
Castle View Finance is a Carlisle-based team of mortgage, protection and property-finance specialists, a short walk from the castle that gives us our name.
The business was founded by James Vince, an experienced mortgage broker and property investor. Before moving into property around twenty years ago, James built more than two decades of professional, corporate and life experience in other fields — and that mix of commercial sense and hands-on investing is what makes our advice a little different.
We look at property finance through a practical lens. Many of us have bought, refurbished and let property ourselves, so we understand both the ambition and the nerves that come with a big purchase. Whether you're buying a first home or growing a portfolio, we'll help you get there.
