BEHIND THE SCENES:
Before we receive the official mortgage offer from the chosen lender, the lender will value & survey for their own needs and satisfaction. You should do the same, we always recommend a survey to uncover any unknown issues…We help and guide you through the process.

OFFER RECEIVED, SOLICITORS TO WORK THEIR MAGIC:
The legal undertaken is the last and most important step, they need to uncover any underlying legal matters to ensure everyone is in agreement and aware of the terms and conditions of the mortgage…
